IOM Yemen: Rehabilitated 18 Schools Across Yemen to Give Children a Better Future

We used to study in tents or in the mosque because there were not enough classrooms. The few classrooms we had were overcrowded because there were many displaced #students When the #school was built, many #students felt happy. They will comprehend everything they learn because they will feel more comfortable in the new classes. The new #classrooms have led to better co-existence between the host and displaced communities and improved the quality of education. Jaber Al Shabwani School is one of 18 schools that @IOM and the European Union have rehabilitated across #yemen to give #children a better #future. Thanks to support from the EU, tens of thousands of students from conflict-affected communities in Yemen are now able to go back to schools.
