UNOPS Yemen: How solar energy is helping improve learning conditions at schools in Yemen

Across #Yemen, UNOPS is working with the World Bank’s International Development Association to provide essential urban services for people affected by the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis. 

At Al-Khansa’a School in Hadramout, a recently installed solar energy system is helping tackle electricity shortages and improve learning conditions for students.
